1. What should the wxh and dpi be for the best quality photo?
Find an image that is at least 1,500 x 4,500 pixels (larger the better quality) and high resolution (150 dpi is ideal). The higher the quality of the picture, the better the effect of the product.

2. What payment methods do you support?
We use Credit Card as a payment system. Yit cards such as VISA and Master. And also we can accept PayPal and Moneygram payment.

3. How to check the status of an order?
We will process and ship out your order 5 to 7 working days after receiving your payment.
A shipping notice email will also been sent to you once the order shipped out so you can check the status of the order anytime you want.

4. How long will it take to receive your dakimakura?
Pillow Case: Average Delivery in 15-25 Business Days.
Pillow Inner: Average Delivery in 20-35 Business Days.
Bedding Set: Average Delivery in 10-25 Business Days.
Mouse Pad: Average Delivery in 15-25 Business Days.
Tapestry: Average Delivery in 15-25 Business Days.

5. How much is the shipping fee?
Free shipping on All Orders!
If you want it arrive as fast as possible, please contact with us for the DHL express (Only for dakimakura pillow case / bedding sets / anime towel / anime mouse pad / anime tapestry).
※ Some parcels may be charged for customs fee (especially large parcels such as pillow inners). We do not afford for the customs fee.


6. How to wash?
The dakimakura case may be damaged if wash by Machine, it would be best by hand, turn over the back when washing.
You can use the washing liquid, temperature of the water below 30 degrees (see more info at Method of Use/About Washing).

7. What can i do if i found no results of the anime characters i want to buy?
Please contact us with the character and anime name if possible. We will check out our design resource gallery and update the products you want.

8. What if i don't like the design of one side on the dakimakura case?
Don't worry, you can leave us a message and indicate that you want one side blank for your dakimakura.
Or you can choose two design from different dakimakura, we will combine them to form a new dakimakura only for you.

9. Can i cancel order after payment?
About pillow case: Yes, we can give you a full refund but please contact me within 24 hrs after the order placed (we usually arrange printing work after 24 hrs). If you want to cancel order after 24hrs, we can only give you 70% refund of the pillow case. Same as other products need printing work.
About pillow inner: You can get full refund before we shiped it.
We didn't accept refund request after it shipped (except quality problem), please think it over before completing order.


10. Do you provide wholesale services?
Yes, we provide wholesale services. Drop us an email for a discussion.

11. I want to be an agent of your online shop, what should i do?
We will give you commission if you recommend your friend or someone you know to place order on our online shop. Contact us if you want to know more about it.
